Hosting Infrastructure

CampusCruiser, hosted centrally in a SAVVIS (See Internet Data Center) data center of Cable and Wireless Internet Services, operates inside a nation-wide high-speed Internet network consisting of OC-3 and OC-12 redundant backbone links with end-to-end guaranteed latency of 120 milliseconds. This backbone is connected directly to major peer Internet Service Providers (ISP) that provided Internet services to colleges and universities (see Figure 1).
