Definition of a Qualified Lead A qualified lead is defined as a contact in an influencer or decision-making role at an organization that is in a position to purchase an solution.
Definition of a New Contract A new contract is defined as a signed contract for at least 12 months of CampusCruiser's SaaS service by an organization that has not purchased either product or service from CampusCruiser.
